The personal information you provide is stored and processed by the University of Cologne. The purpose of this is solely to allow the team of the Suggestions and Complaints Office to help you resolve your concern. We do not pass on any personal information to third parties unless you have given us your written consent.
The personal information provided for the purpose of resolving the issue you turned to us with will be deleted afterwards – at the latest after two years after your initial inquiry.
